Training Platform
SISCO ensures that all inductions follow a standardised process while enabling continuous on-the-job training. Our focus is on upskilling and reskilling employees to prepare them for greater responsibilities. All our training content is in digitised form, and we are steadily advancing both in-person and online learning initiatives. Training reports are shared with the client on a real-time basis, including detailed attendee information, photographs, topics covered, and key recommendations.
